Beloved local jewellers Steffan’s is to close for good after trading in Northampton since 1976. Starting on Saturday 9th November at 10am, an exceptional closing down sale will mark the end of a glittering era for the town; with unprecedented reductions of 50% on all fine jewellery including diamond rings, coloured stone pieces, gold, and silver jewellery. The sale offers shoppers the ideal opportunity to shop for new pieces or Christmas gifts and drop in for one last chat with owner, Steff Suter.
Boxing legend Frank Bruno will step into the ring of sparkle to open the dazzling closing down sale at Steffan’s, Northampton, 10am on Saturday 9th November!
Renowned local entrepreneur Steff (Stephen) Suter, founded his flagship jewellers Steffan’s in 1976, aged just 24. After starting work in the jewellery business at just 15 years old, Steff had unexpectedly found himself without a job and his keen business instincts kicked in. Said Steff, “I was working at another local jewellers but unfortunately found myself redundant. So, I took an available shop across the road and set up my own jewellers! In my first year I took over £50,000, which was a lot at that time.”
